A) First sign up on our site for FREE. Then post your resume, do your best to give lots of information. Then search our database and apply for jobs you are interested in. After you apply wait a week, then phone the company and tell them you applied to them from SecurityJobsToday.com and you are checking the status. Check our site often for new or updated job offers.

Q) How can I get the most relevant search results for the type of Job I'm looking for?
A) The Job Titles that match are determined by the Keywords you entered. When choosing Keywords, you want to use the most commonly used terms in your field and combine them with Keywords that describe your Job Title. Watchout for typos when using keywords.

Q) What is the difference between OR and AND in the search?
A) OR is used for a full search, this will give you a full listing. AND is used for specific searches.

Q) Can I get any additional information on a Job Posting other than what is listed?
A) Since employers post their own Jobs, they only include information that they want the Job Seeker to have. Should you find that an employer has omitted a form to contact them, please Click Here to use our contact form and let us know. We will ask them to update that listing as soon as possible with correct and accurate information. Although most Jobs are listed for 30 days, employers can remove their Jobs whenever they like.

Q) What should I do if I come across a Job Posting that I believe to be fraudulent?

Q) What can I do if I've forgotten my Username and/or Password or if I've switched email addresses
A) You can use our Password Recovery Form: Jobseekers Click Here. Employers Click Here After you have recovered your username and password you can sign in and edit all your information, including your e-mail and password.

Q) What happens when I Apply Online?
A) Your information is stored in our database. You can change your information and add or edit your resume at anytime. Once registered you can now search for jobs and use our message boards.

Q) How do I change or cancel my Securityjobstoday.com subscription?
A) An exclusive alternative to canceling your subscription with us, is that you can mark your account as INACTIVE, you can still search and use our message boards, however, you resume is not available to be viewed and you will not receive e-mails from companies, until you reactivate your account. After you are signed in Click Here or use Manage Account to change your account from active to inactive or from inactive to active. If you wish to cancel your account Click Here to use our contact form and let us know your username, e-mail and password for us to delete your account.

Q) Are there different levels of Confidentiality for my Resume and will it be sold to third parties?
A) We never sell your information to non-related persons. Only companies that post help wanted ads can search for your resume.
